On the façade of the Entrance Pavilion there is a map with the itinerary of the visit, and close to it, three bronze models which analyze the Alhambra.

Tour for people with disabilities
There is a modified itinerary in the Nasrid Palaces and Generalife and in zones in which it is possible. Wheelchairs are provided for the tours.

Restrooms
During your visit keep in mind that due to the characteristics of the Monument, you will only find restrooms in the following places:
Mailboxes
Entrance Pavilion.
Cloakroom
Backpacks, large bags and baby strollers should be left in the cloakroom in the Access Pavilion (Ticket office) or in the Pavilion of Services, next to the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).
In addition to these official left-luggage offices, other left-luggage services are available in the centre of Granada and next to the Alhambra.
First Aid

Information available in any of the entrance gates.
Baby carriers
Remember that you may not access the monument with a baby stroller. The Alhambra offers a free service for safekeeping of strollers and the loan of porta-baby backpacks (maximum 12 kilograms). You may request one at the cloakroom at the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).
